This is the result I get from WinMTR
According to your faq the problem lays with your server? Not sure if understood it correctly but if there is to any help I post it here

So where do you see that -->
speedtest.ams01.softlayer.com - 0 | 84 | 84 | 27 | 27 | 33 | 27 |
No packet loss and low latency.

However if you had read the guide, it says minimum 500 packets so please do that.
Also doing a WinMTR against the gateway isn't the same as doing it against the instance IP.....

At this one

ae6.cbs02.eq01.ams02.networklayer.com - 50 | 28 | 14 | 28 | 28 | 32 | 28 |

And on this page https://respoe.xyz/forum/view-thread/1377789
it says
"
Problems caused by our provider:
Characterised by-
Packet loss or latency jumps at Network Layer routers, persisting through to the server at the end of the trace.
"

I'm no expert what so ever, so I'm not sure what any of this says. I will do o complete run and se if there are any changes.

also the adress given was what your guide said I should use, but Is there another one you think is the proper one please let me know, because I really want to get rid of the latency spikes in the game.

dsldevice.lan - 0 | 538 | 538 | 0 | 0 | 0 | 0 |
ae6.cbs02.eq01.ams02.networklayer.com - 45 | 195 | 109 | 0 | 28 | 44 | 31 |

same as before 0% loss except on that one, whatever that means

For there to be "true" packet loss, then if 1 line have 50% pakcet loss ALL lines DIRECTLY after that have to have the same / very close to the same.
This is not the case with your WinMTR report and that means that it's not packet loss but a device with "icmp prioritization" and that's not a problem.
