What the hell is going on? (mechanics)

    Cyclone linked with Cast While Channeling and Volatile dead will consume several corpses (up to 9 with Spell Cascade. Consuming a corpse spawns a phantasm. Once you have 10, each time a new one spawns, an old one is replaced (it dies) and you take 350 damage from heartbound loop.

    We use this damage to activate Cast When Damage Taken setups, which create more corpses and repeat the loop infinitely.

    Lastly, Desecrate with spell cascade is used to get the first initial 10 corpses to start the loop. After that, its all automatic.


    Life sustain:
    Doing this loop deals a substantial amount of damage to you, so there has to be a way to not die. Essentially, we drink. We drink a lot.

  • Immunity to Ignite during Flask effect Removes Burning on use

  • These flasks store 20 charges, and using a chemist's mod as well as reduced flask charges on belt and skill tree, we can get the flask down to 1 charge per use. That means 1 flask gives 20 uses. Because of the Indigon Helmet, when a mana flask is used, we recover 10% life instantly.

    Choosing the SCION Pathfinder/, we gain flask charges back very quickly without even killing, giving a near infinite amount of drinking. You can choose from assassin, Templar, or chieftain for the second subclass.


    Mind over Matter
    Because the build takes so so so much damage, some of it can be mitigated using mana. I use a watcher's eye with "% damage taken gained as mana". This is the most important clarity mod. Ideally, you also want mana recovery rate clarity mod as well.

    Testing Pf/templar as well as PF/chieftain.

    -now using chieftain. Modified chest setup to use pcharge on crit. Also have pcharge on crit on a hungering loop. This setup deals roughly 50% more damage vs. end game bosses (46k per ball)

    This looks like something you'd see on build of the week. Seems interesting and fun, certainly quite different.

    Only thing that'd frustrate me is needing to spam flasks to stay alive, overall seems like a great build.

    1 - GMP/LMP levels dont matter for unearth.

    2 - All you need for the chest is something you can color easily with high life. Avoid getting any armor, as even a small amount of armor will reduce the damage taken from heartbound loop.

    Hi, what a brilliant concept.

    The best part is that "the 10% life recover per mana flask used" mod counts independently for each mana flask. so, if you press all 4 mana flasks at the same time, you get 40% of your total life and by pressing 2 times quickly, you are getting 80% life recovery in less than 1 sec. This is BROKEN !! I have never ever seen such a thing in POE.

    Why don't you plus this slogan to your title " Indigon is Back!" to attract more people? This mechanism is similar to the indigon and Zerphi's Last Breath Flask combo happened 2 leagues ago, and that combo destroyed the game before fixed.

    I feel like there is a big room to improve your build. The first thing needs to be done is increasing your mana pool, since a small mana pool makes you easily get one shot.

    Second, lacking the damage for end content, I am still trying to get a solution for this part.

    This build would be much more attractive if you could upload more showcase video for a full uber elder kill run and 5-way generals without any edits and cuts.

    as some people have suggested, I am trying out a 6L Purifying flame for the extra crit chance and life regen. So far I like it more than the Ice nova.

    I am also experimenting with the shroud for some extra damage and defensive capability with the glimpse of eternity
