For pure damage what is the best roll on a Wrath Watchers eye?

(70-100)% increased Critical Strike Chance while affected by Wrath

(40-60)% increased Lightning Damage while affected by Wrath

Damage Penetrates (10-15)% Lightning Resistance while affected by Wrath

Could you please explain me, why I need lightning damage to spells on my jewels? I thought it doesn't matter on jewels. If that's not the case you should change your guide, because there you got some jewels with different damage types:

    How does flat light damage scale better with arc? That statement seems counter intuitive, is there something else at work here?

    try level 1 anger and level 1 wrath if your dps same then it means it does not matter

    What about using Herald of Thunder instead of Blasphemy+Conductivity?
    On my opinion, it would prevent some mana problems, and U could spam traps as much, as U want.
    And why there is no watcher's eye in suggested gear? is it so bad here?

    I have around 20ex.

    Is this build viable for my budget with below conditions?

    1- I want to clear maps fast and safe (t15-t16) (I can skip bosses)
    2- Can I clear delve mines? ( deep 500-600 )
    3- Can I clear betrayal monsters? t15-t16 ?

    20 ex you can get tinkerskin,mark of shaper ring,two shimmeron and descent jeweleries and maybe arc cain additional times helm
    1-You can clear maps fast with 4link shaper gloves but not that safe map mods can be scetchy need good reflex and good internet connection
    2-I am 120ish deep right now I think 200-300 no problem if you go horizantal
    3-Again it is scetchy you need to be careful

    With this build you can farm shaper normal elder and uber elder when you used it and it is budget friendly but somehow you will die I think I can go level 95 but wont push 100 this char

    do you think that would be an improvement? shimmerons dont seem to be that expensive right now.

    How do you guys approach guardians? Any tips or gear change for the fights?
    I did Minotaur but couldn't do Chimera, too much movement for the spire to do anything.
